Development Associate/Manager - Data Centers

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and manage renewable energy data center projects
• Support project development, acquisition, and operational activities
• Contribute to Longroad's portfolio of wind, solar, and storage projects
• Assist in raising capital and managing financial aspects of projects

This role contributes to expanding renewable energy infrastructure, reducing carbon emissions, and advancing the transition to clean energy through data center development and management.

Required qualifications:

• Experience in renewable energy project development or related field
• Knowledge of energy infrastructure and data center operations
• Ability to work with financial structures including equity, debt, and tax equity
• Strong project management and coordination skills
