Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain RRH's student Sponsorship Program, the cornerstone of fundraising
- Support core development operations through Salesforce database management and reporting
- Handle donor communications and stewardship, including acknowledgements and campaign communications
- Track sponsorship donations, payment updates, renewals, and manage donation information

Required qualifications:
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow through with minimal oversight
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple timelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Commitment to RRH's mission of girls' education and empowerment
Preferred qualifications:
- Salesforce experience (training provided but comfort with databases and reporting is important)
- Previous experience in development operations, donor relations, customer service, or nonprofit administration
