What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with corporate sponsors and donors through outreach, communication, and partnership development
  • Support grant research, proposal preparation, and submission processes
  • Plan and execute fundraising events including logistics, invitations, and sponsor recognition
  • Maintain accurate donor and sponsor records in CRM systems and complete administrative tasks

Required skills and experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in development, nonprofit administration, events, or customer service
  • Strong written communication, detail orientation, and organizational skills
  • Comfort with administrative tasks including CRM management and donor outreach
  • Personable communicator able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and commitment to youth development mission
