Mission

What you will drive

  • Support development and donor engagement activities for major gifts including drafting thank you notes, preparing donor packets, and updating stewardship tracking
  • Elevate our brand and mission in action to external audiences by assisting with content collection, creating externally branded content across communications channels, and posting on social media platforms
  • Ensure strong events records and targeted communications through maintaining up-to-date event/attendee information, tracking RSVPs and sponsorship paperwork, and managing customized event communications
  • Support development and marketing priorities by collaborating with colleagues on shared initiatives and leaning into other projects as assigned

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 2 years of non-profit development experience inclusive of donor communications (or social media management) and fundraising event planning
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams with competing deadlines and coordinate others to stay on track
  • Experience with Donor Moves Management System and social media platforms (Raiser's Edge NXT and Adobe Suite experience a plus)
  • Critical consciousness with understanding of root causes of societal discrimination and injustices, and ability to apply critical thinking toward liberatory and inclusive practices
