What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the donor database, including gift entry, acknowledgements, reconciliation, and reporting
- Process donations and send timely acknowledgement letters and tax receipts
- Serve as the first point of contact for donation, partnership, and fundraising inquiries
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Advancement team

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience working with Blackbaud CRM
- 1+ years of experience in nonprofit development or fundraising
- Experience with data entry, reporting, and database management
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Authorization to work in the U.S., 18+ years old, able to work remotely with a private workspace
