Designer

Core responsibilities:

• Work with a talented team to deliver products and campaigns to market quickly
• Collaborate with developers to build products and ensure designs work effectively in real-world applications
• Conduct first-hand research and talk to actual humans to understand their needs, wants, and context

This role accelerates the green energy transition by creating user-centered designs that make sustainable technologies like heat pumps, solar, and EVs more accessible and appealing to customers, ultimately driving adoption of renewable energy solutions.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a generalist design role covering UX/UI, product design, graphic design, visual design, or marketing
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud suite
• Knowledge of UX/UI, graphic design, illustration, design principles, and design systems
• Understanding of customer experience, behavioral sciences, and marketing principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with entrepreneurial instincts and bias for action
