Deployment Manager - Canada

• Coordinate network and AMI endpoint activities to install system assets following a joint deployment plan co-developed with the utility
• Oversee material forecasting, ordering, RMA, and inventory management to execute the Deployment Plan
• Plan and execute monthly field audits to evaluate processes and results of field staff for safety, quality, and functionality
• Produce tracking and reporting of actual field results versus plan to monitor schedule performance and implement adjustments

This role contributes to the transformation toward a smarter and more sustainable energy future by deploying technologies that support decarbonization, grid modernization, and real-time energy insights.

• Must be bilingual (English & French) and resident of Canada
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university or 2-year technical degree (military/industry experience acceptable)
• Minimum 5 years in customer service/technical support in electronic technology field with independent travel and customer contact
• Experience with utility operations, logistical support, field operations, construction or related field; AMI operations and RF systems experience preferred
