Delivery Manager

• Oversee all new vehicle deliveries, lease-returns, and trade-ins from your facility and onsite inventory
• Lead a team of Delivery Associates and Vehicle Operations Specialists ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional service
• Ensure state and local compliance, implementation of internal business practices, and accurate completeness of every customer transaction
• Manage customer delivery pipeline, trade-in processes, inventory management, and brand standards execution

This role helps create a better, more sustainable future by ensuring seamless delivery of luxury electric vehicles that elevate the human experience and reduce environmental impact through electric mobility.

• 4-8 years of experience in a leadership role within automotive, transportation or logistics industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, sales, or related field preferred (high school degree or GED required)
• Proven ability to lead a team of sales/process-focused professionals in achieving targets
• Strong problem-solving abilities, business owner mindset, and experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
