Delivery Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Drive roadmap delivery success by overseeing execution of Product & Tech roadmaps, managing capacity plans, tracking milestones, and resolving dependencies
• Ensure transparent reporting by maintaining clear reporting mechanisms, developing risk mitigation strategies, and communicating statuses to stakeholders
• Align with client expectations by collaborating with Client Delivery team and integrating client feedback
• Boost teams and organizational effectiveness by establishing ways of working, implementing Agile & Lean processes, and promoting continuous improvement

This role enables energy suppliers to better serve millions of customers and helps drive decarbonization by supporting the development of smart, low carbon technologies that accelerate a sustainable, affordable and resilient energy transition.

Required skills and experience:

• Experienced Delivery Manager with track record of managing end-to-end delivery of digital/technology products using Agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of product development process and software development life cycle
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching abilities
• Comfortable applying flow metrics, working in fast-paced environments, and adapting to changing priorities
• Experience working in scaling a high-growth SaaS business

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary: $72,000 - $99,000 + Super
