What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality data visualizations, including charts, graphs, and infographics, optimized for reports, presentations, and digital platforms
  • Collaborate with analysts and communications team to identify key insights from research and turn them into clear, engaging visual stories
  • Format and visually enhance reports, presentations, and other organizational documents, ensuring consistency with brand and style guidelines
  • Manage the design, layout, and distribution of email newsletters using HubSpot and Canva with attention to audience engagement

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in data visualization, graphic design, information design, data science, journalism, economics, or related field
  • 4 to 7 years of professional experience producing high-quality data visualizations for reports, digital platforms, or public-facing communications
  • Visual portfolio demonstrating experience in translating complex data into clear, compelling visualizations
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is essential; experience with video production is strongly preferred
  • Experience in programming tools such as Python and Java, and design platforms including Flourish and Canva

Benefits

What's in it for you

Full-time 12-month fixed-term employment contract with option of extension by mutual agreement and market competitive remuneration. Pay rates are based on education, skill, experience level, and internal equity. Work schedule is full-time, 5 days/week with occasional evening or weekend work as required.
