Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership in data management and analytics for NPCA's Development team
  • Drive the development, implementation, and optimization of data systems and processes to support fundraising goals through data-driven decision making
  • Transform fundraising data into strategic insights while ensuring data quality and maintaining robust reporting systems
  • Design and implement data quality frameworks, monitoring systems, and automated reporting solutions for fundraising metrics and KPIs

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in data management and business analysis
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with SQL and/or Python, and Tableau or equivalent software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability to deadlines and quality standards
