What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage and shape large datasets, ensuring data quality, providing computational support, and extracting/formating data for multidisciplinary research projects
- Create efficient, replicable methods for data extraction, code development, data organization, and quality management
- Transform and standardize datasets from various sources including surveys, vital registration systems, administrative records, and scientific literature
- Use AI to optimize data workflows, enhance analysis and visualization, and implement diagnostic capabilities for anomaly detection and performance monitoring

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, engineering, computer science, or related field plus two years' related experience
- Fluency in R and Python programming languages
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies into data workflows
- Strong quantitative aptitude and ability to learn new information quickly to understand complex information systematically
