Data Analyst

Core responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources including D365 CRM, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to visualize KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis, troubleshoot data-related issues, and implement data quality processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Execute data migration processes between different sources and maintain documentation for data pipelines, reports, and data models.

This role enables data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency through robust data analysis and reporting, supporting organizational effectiveness.

Required skills and experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer with proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Strong experience in creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools, and developing/maintaining ETL for large datasets.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data governance best practices, and attention to detail.
