Cybersecurity Strategy Specialist

• Drive Cybersecurity Strategy & Performance objectives by aligning projects with enterprise security goals, risk reduction targets, and compliance requirements.
• Lead risk-based initiatives that prioritize risk reduction and resilience across global operations, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
• Manage multiple medium and/or moderately complex projects supporting diverse business areas and geographies, leading project teams from demand through execution.
• Develop business cases for strategic investments in people, processes, and technology that mitigate cyber risk and enable growth.

This role helps reduce enterprise cyber risk and deliver measurable business impact by shaping and executing cross-functional strategies that address the world's significant energy and environmental sustainability challenges through secure operations.

• Experience managing projects that advance Cybersecurity Strategy and measurable performance outcomes.
• Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent highly desired.
• Proven ability to measure and communicate business outcomes resulting from security investments.
• Experience leading complex, global projects involving technology, process transformation, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen to align cybersecurity programs with organizational goals.
