Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and the global Hitachi Energy service network for service requests, maintenance issues, and warranty-related queries
  • Document and time-log all activities taken toward resolving customer issues
  • Support customers during run-time activities and provide online troubleshooting support and resolution
  • Participate in ensuring 24/7 availability and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Required qualifications:

  • Experience in Customer Service with a minimum of 2 years of experience

  • Readiness to travel approximately 10% on a global basis for troubleshooting, training, or customer meetings
