What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and the global Hitachi Energy service network for service requests, maintenance issues, and warranty-related queries
- Document and time-log all activities taken toward resolving customer issues
- Support customers during run-time activities and provide online troubleshooting support and resolution
- Participate in ensuring 24/7 availability and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Required qualifications:

- Readiness to travel approximately 10% on a global basis for troubleshooting, training, or customer meetings
