Customer Support (German-speaking, Part-time)

• Ensure smooth daily operation of services by providing telephone and email support
• Work scheduled shifts with appropriate bonuses for night shifts, Sundays, or holidays
• Support drivers and passengers in all matters, helping with questions or concerns
• Care for customer satisfaction and ensure issues are resolved

• Speak fluent German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or C2)
• Good communicator able to find the right tone in different contexts
• Enjoy providing advice and support over the phone
• Remain calm in stressful situations and develop creative solutions in real time
• Passionate about enabling accessibility to mobility and reducing carbon footprint
• Technology-savvy and enjoy working with modern IT tools

• 100% work from home (must be based in Germany)
