What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand and help individual customers with their diverse needs via phone and email
  • Accompany customers in monitoring and reducing their energy consumption
  • Proactively ensure customer contracts don't encounter problems and find solutions when needed
  • Identify and analyze areas for improving service and processes
  • Get involved in team development and growth on operational, recruitment, and training topics
