Mission

What you will drive

As a Customer Success Manager (Food Waste Coach), you will:

  • Engage with diverse commercial kitchens across the US as a trusted consultant on food waste reduction
  • Analyze food waste patterns to help clients identify improvement areas and implement changes
  • Manage renewals and proactively drive upsell/cross-sell conversations to grow client partnerships
  • Contribute to product optimization discussions within Orbisk to enhance the platform

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications and skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B client-facing roles, ideally in SaaS environments
  • Proven experience managing enterprise accounts in post-sales/aftercare phases
  • Fluency in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus)
  • Experience in hospitality, sustainability, cruise ship, or food sectors is advantageous
