Mission
What you will drive
As a Customer Success Manager (Food Waste Coach), you will:
- Engage with diverse commercial kitchens across the US as a trusted consultant on food waste reduction
- Analyze food waste patterns to help clients identify improvement areas and implement changes
- Manage renewals and proactively drive upsell/cross-sell conversations to grow client partnerships
- Contribute to product optimization discussions within Orbisk to enhance the platform

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications and skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B client-facing roles, ideally in SaaS environments
- Proven experience managing enterprise accounts in post-sales/aftercare phases
- Fluency in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus)
- Experience in hospitality, sustainability, cruise ship, or food sectors is advantageous
