Mission
What you will drive
- Partner with customers to guide them through onboarding, training, and adoption of SensorFlow's technology
- Monitor customer usage, identify risks or opportunities, and take proactive action to prevent problems
- Help customers achieve operational efficiency, energy savings, and improved guest experiences
- Act as the customer's voice internally by sharing feedback with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2-3 years experience in customer success, account management, or customer-facing roles (SaaS or hospitality experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills with empathy, clarity, and confidence across email, calls, and presentations
- Proactive problem-solving ability with resilience under pressure
- Comfort working with OKRs, KPIs, and customer success metrics like NPS, retention, and adoption
