Customer Success Manager (all genders)

• Design and manage the customer journey from introduction through use to renewal and collaboration development
• Serve as central point of contact and coordinate all necessary measures for successful collaboration
• Work closely with Project Delivery and Expert Services teams to track project statuses and provide post-completion support
• Develop and implement customer success formats from standard training to individual business reviews

This role drives forward the energy transition by ensuring customers fully exploit the potential of envelio's solutions, supporting sustainable energy infrastructure development.

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, energy technology, industrial engineering or comparable field
• Knowledge of electrical network planning/operation or electrical systems integration with energy industry context
• Professional experience with direct customer contact and enthusiasm for building lasting customer relationships
• Experience in technical consulting, customer success management, key account management or related B2B fields
• Strong communicator with C2 level German and English skills
