Mission
What you will drive
- Answer inbound technical support requests and perform technical check-in and follow-up with existing customers
- Own, update and maintain product documents and create educational articles on best practices for customers
- Plan and execute customer on-sites to support technical product implementation and lead technical coordination of In-orbit demonstration flight missions
- Write and present technical papers at international space conferences and support sales team at conferences for customer meetings

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in mechanical/mechatronics/aerospace engineering or related technical field with understanding of fundamental technical principles and CAD
- Experience in the space sector as a mechanical/mechanisms engineer with strong customer focus and track record of driving customer success
- Solid organization and multi-tasking skills, exceptional communication abilities, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with planning and executing customer visits for executive level clients and willingness to travel for business trips (up to 40%)
