Customer Service Representative (German-speaking)

• Ensure the smooth daily operation of services by providing telephone and email support
• Work scheduled shifts, with appropriate shift bonuses for night shifts, Sundays, or pre-determined holidays
• Support drivers and passengers in all matters, helping them with questions or concerns
• Care for customer satisfaction and ensure issues are resolved

• Speak fluent German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or C2)
• Be a good communicator able to find the right tone in different contexts
• Enjoy providing advice and support over the phone
• Remain calm in stressful situations and develop creative solutions in real time
• Be passionate about enabling accessibility to mobility and reducing the world's carbon footprint
• Be technology-savvy and enjoy working with modern IT tools
