Required qualifications:
- Some proven customer support experience or client service experience preferred
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
- Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with Apple ecosystem software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
