Mission
What you will drive
- Use Hitachi tools and processes for product configuration, order entry, and invoicing.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Coordinate export arrangements with Hitachi Logistics.
- Invoice customers in accordance with INCO terms.
- Manage contracts from order entry through delivery and payment.
- Expedite documentation such as import/export licenses and letters of credit.
- Prepare shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of INCO terms and international trade compliance.
- Experience in B2B customer support, preferably with international clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to manage stress and maintain professionalism.
