Mission
What you will drive
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Workiva products and their impact on customers and partners
- Utilize JIRA, Zendesk, Gainsight, and Salesforce.com for customer and partner account and user management
- Publish and moderate the digital customer communication experience, triage customer feedback, and collaborate with teams to address issues
- Assist on various CPX strategic initiatives, projects, and tasks, including building content or facilitating meetings
