Country Director - Afghanistan

Core responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IRC's operations and programs in Afghanistan
• Ensure effective delivery of humanitarian services to communities in need
• Oversee strategic planning and implementation of country programs
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, partners, and government entities

Required qualifications:

• Extensive experience in humanitarian or international development leadership roles
• Proven track record in managing complex operations in challenging environments
