Corporate Relations Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Build, steward, and grow strategic partnerships with corporate and institutional partners to advance Exponent's mission and support programs, learning opportunities, and events
• Serve as primary liaison to corporate partners, ensuring meaningful engagement, alignment with member values, and high-quality partner experience
• Identify partnership opportunities, manage sponsorships and benefits, and cultivate long-term relationships to strengthen impact and sustainability
• Manage all aspects of the Corporate Partner Program including stewardship, renewals, communications strategy, and partnership agreements

This role strengthens Exponent Philanthropy's impact and sustainability within the philanthropic sector by cultivating strategic partnerships that advance the organization's mission and support programs that benefit the philanthropic community.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years experience in corporate/foundation relations, prospect research, and fundraising operations (or equivalent combination)
• Experience with Salesforce required; Asana experience a plus
• Goal-oriented with strong attention to detail, excellent writing, communication and project management skills
• Strong ability to multi-task, manage time wisely, maintain quality control, and work both remotely/independently while collaborating virtually
