Mission
What you will drive
- Identify and cultivate new partners: clarify and sharpen our ideal firm profile, broaden and cultivate a pipeline of aligned corporate partners, mapping connection pathways and delivering outreach that brings new partners into the RIVET ecosystem.
- Shape partnership opportunities: design and manage the full lifecycle of corporate relationships - from initial interest through engagement, activation, and renewal - ensuring partners receive an authentic, reciprocal, and truly transformative partnership experience that supports the Social Innovator Accelerator.
- Ensure seamless stewardship: coordinate and support high-impact partner engagement experiences, ensuring firms receive structured engagement, inspiring reporting, and an opportunity for employees to meaningfully use their expertise and skills.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Dynamic and relationship-driven consultant with experience in corporate partnerships or business development.
- Ability to design and lead the full lifecycle of firm partnership engagement, from prospect research to cultivation, to reporting and stewardship.
- Experience working closely with executive leadership (CEO and Chief Impact Officer) and across organizational teams.
- Strong skills in pipeline management, outreach, and ensuring high-quality partner experiences.
