Corporate Development Associate

• Manage a complete pipeline of M&A targets in the United States generating $10MM to $50MM new revenues annually with appropriate returns
• Conduct market analysis and identify potential acquisition targets through accreditations, market rumors, and internal inputs
• Negotiate confidentiality agreements, evaluate targets, recommend deal structures, and coordinate due diligence activities
• Assist in the integration of acquired companies including reporting setup, legal reorganization, and post-closing obligations

This role contributes to Eurofins' strategic growth through M&A activity, helping the company expand its capabilities and market presence while generating significant new revenue streams.

• 4-6 years of experience in corporate development, transaction advisory, investment banking or private equity
• Experience with M&A prospection, target identification, and strategic evaluation
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to coordinate due diligence processes
• Experience with acquisition contracts, deal structuring, and post-acquisition integration

This is a highly visible role in the organization with direct exposure to, and interaction with, business and corporate leadership.
