Mission
What you will drive
- Support socializing and delivering training on using the Contractor Hub and Training Center, ensuring contractors can effectively navigate features, tools, and installation opportunities.
- Provide responsive, hands-on support via email, chatbot, and phone to troubleshoot enrollment issues, assist with rebate applications, and facilitate financing conversations.
- Provide support for maintaining comprehensive contractor records within CRM systems for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Work cross-functionally to provide insights and recommendations for tools using feedback loops and performance data.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management, program management, or technical education roles with contractors, vendors, trades, utilities, nonprofit, government, or mission-driven organizations.
- Passion for sustainability, clean energy, climate solutions, decarbonization, and electrification of built environments.
- Customer service mindset rooted in problem solving, agility, and continuous learning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex ideas clearly to various audiences.
