What you will drive

  • Support the Content Strategy Director in honing Misfits Market's social media strategy
  • Ideate, develop, and post all organic social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Optimize organic social media efforts against awareness and customer conversion goals
  • Define, report, and analyze metrics to formulate measurable insights to guide and optimize social media strategy

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 1–3 years managing social media channels for a D2C or CPG brand
  • Platform-native expert with understanding of best practices across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
  • Strong storyteller with skills in content ideation, social copywriting, and short-form scriptwriting
  • Comfortable and confident on camera with ability to film and use basic in-app editing tools
