What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Research, draft, and produce high-quality external content for TfG and its initiatives – including blogs, longform articles, case studies, web copy, social media, and fundraising materials – by crafting clear, compelling narratives.
  • Translate sector-specific activities, research findings, and policy developments into accessible, engaging stories for diverse audiences.
  • Identify story hooks across TfG’s initiatives that highlight impact, elevate survivor voices, celebrate successes, and showcase global Brave movement-building.
  • Manage editorial calendar and maintain a steady pipeline of strategic, compelling content.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in content creation, journalism, communications, or marketing roles.
  • Exceptional copywriting, editing, and narrative development skills across multiple formats, including blogs, feature articles, web content and social media.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital platforms. Experience using basic presentation and design software (e.g., Canva).
  • Experience working respectfully and professionally with persons who have experienced trauma or hardship. Experience working in remote or cross-cultural teams.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English.
