What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Design, pilot, and facilitate the Partner Resilience Package for Aflatoun's partner NGOs in five African countries, providing practical training and tools to strengthen income diversification strategies
- Conduct a rapid review of existing materials on NGO income diversification, hybrid financing, and private-sector collaboration to inform content design
- Develop modular training materials including practical modules, tools for financial planning and risk management, case studies, and guidance on financial realism and risk assessment
- Co-facilitate pilot workshops, train partners using participatory methods, and provide remote coaching and support to help partners apply tools and strategies

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Enterprise, Finance, Nonprofit Management, or related field (MBA strongly preferred)
- At least 8 years of experience in business development, revenue diversification, or building financially sustainable models in private sector, social enterprise, or hybrid organizations
- Demonstrated experience designing or advising on income-generating models, hybrid funding structures, market analysis & product development, and corporate-NGO partnerships
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to deliver practical, hands-on training, with sensitivity to operational realities of local NGOs in low- and middle-income contexts
Benefits

Payment schedule: 20% upon approval of inception report, 40% upon delivery of draft partner resilience package, and 40% upon completion of workshops and submission of final materials. The position is part-time with up to 30 working days over 3 months and offers remote work with potential travel to one pilot country workshop.
