What you will drive
Core responsibilities for this consultancy:
- Evaluate the quality, effectiveness, and relevance of HelpAge's Humanitarian Capacity Strengthening (HCS) programme from 2021-2025
- Assess programme alignment with HCS strategy and partner-led programming principles
- Analyze how effectively the programme responded to capacity needs of network members
- Provide recommendations for revising the HCS strategy for the next chapter

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications and experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in humanitarian programme evaluation
- Proven experience in organisational strengthening and adult learning
- Expertise in CHS, inclusive programming, and evaluation methodologies
- Familiarity with issues related to ageing and humanitarian inclusion
- Demonstrated experience in qualitative and participatory evaluation methods
- Previous experience evaluating organisational strengthening initiatives
