Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities for this consultancy:

  • Evaluate the quality, effectiveness, and relevance of HelpAge's Humanitarian Capacity Strengthening (HCS) programme from 2021-2025
  • Assess programme alignment with HCS strategy and partner-led programming principles
  • Analyze how effectively the programme responded to capacity needs of network members
  • Provide recommendations for revising the HCS strategy for the next chapter

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in humanitarian programme evaluation
  • Proven experience in organisational strengthening and adult learning
  • Expertise in CHS, inclusive programming, and evaluation methodologies
  • Familiarity with issues related to ageing and humanitarian inclusion
  • Demonstrated experience in qualitative and participatory evaluation methods
  • Previous experience evaluating organisational strengthening initiatives
