Construction Manager

• Collaborate with the safety department to ensure all safety goals are the highest priority
• Manage the construction of utility-scale solar and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) projects to the 3rd party EPC contract and permit requirements including schedule, budget, scope of work, and deliverables
• Onsite owner's representative monitoring of utility-scale solar construction completed by 3rd party EPC Contractors
• Prepare and manage the project execution plan, including the project schedule; coordinate and host project kickoff meetings; and prepare and manage effective project closeout

• 5 years of onsite utility-scale solar, battery storage, and/or substation construction management experience
• Advanced knowledge of solar construction management processes, means and methods
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
• OSHA 30 Certified
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing software and technology needs
• Must be willing to travel and generally be on site 5 days a week

The expected salary for this position is between $105,000 and $131,750 annually, with additional elements such as annual bonus, full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and various paid time off benefits including vacation, sick time, and parental leave.
