Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support community-based outreach efforts, strengthen GSO's networks, share GSO's work, and build relationships to support robust organizing engagement
  • Extend GSO's presence in the community by staffing outreach events, supporting major campaigns such as Tacos & Taxes and It's Not Too Late to File, collecting community stories, and helping recruit volunteers
  • Work closely with Regional Organizers to support outreach goals, event execution, and post-event follow-up
  • Make connections with individuals, nonprofit organizations, clubs, and community groups to recruit GSO volunteers

  • Reliable follow-through with strong time management and ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility to work evenings/weekends and travel locally for outreach events (valid CA driver's license required)
