Mission
What you will drive
The Program Associate will support VSCLT's mission through:
- Facilitating homeowner engagement and stewardship, including communication, education programs, and compliance monitoring
- Supporting partnerships and acquisitions with local governments and housing developers, including market analysis and documentation
- Managing communications and operations, including social media, website updates, and stakeholder database maintenance
- Assisting with fundraising, grant writing, scheduling, and administrative tasks

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Experience/education in community development, nonprofit management, real estate, affordable housing, or similar fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
