Mission
What you will drive
- Design and lead community outreach efforts, including canvassing, listening sessions, workshops, and public education activities
- Grow and sustain Richmond LAND's membership program, including recruitment, retention, leadership development, and facilitation of regular membership meetings
- Develop and deliver curriculum and trainings on housing justice, equitable development, and the Community Land Trust (CLT) model
- Represent Richmond LAND in coalitions, public forums, and advocacy spaces, including public comment and direct action support when needed

What makes you a great fit
- At least 2 years of experience in community organizing with low-income communities of color
- Strong commitment to community self-determination, housing justice, and resident-led development
- Experience facilitating meetings, trainings, or popular education spaces
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong communication and follow-through
