Communications & Marketing Coordinator, Disaster Preparedness & Response

Core responsibilities:

• Develop communications for ACU's Health Center Rescue Network
• Create content for email marketing via Constant Contact and other software
• Maintain and update website content on the Health Center Rescue Network's webpage
• Create engaging content for social media on ACU's Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter channels
• Support development of strategic communications initiatives including multichannel campaigns and multimedia storytelling
• Help build and manage the Health Center Rescue Network's communications database and collect metrics

This role supports the Health Center Rescue Network, a disaster response and recovery initiative that equips health centers in underserved communities with resources, coordination, and support needed to maintain uninterrupted care during crises, thereby improving healthcare access, infrastructure stability, and workforce resilience.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum two years of experience in writing and content creation, including demonstrated proficiency in creating and updating content for websites and social media
• Solid knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and ability to adapt to in-house writing styles
• Proficiency in email marketing, WordPress, and social media best practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Self-directed with creative problem-solving skills
