Core responsibilities:

  • Strengthen Project Coyote's relationship with the public, volunteers, donors, media, and broader conservation community through digital communications and media relations
  • Oversee social media, marketing coordination, and intern management while ensuring consistent, mission-driven outreach
  • Manage website content, webinar coordination, and event promotion to elevate Project Coyote's national voice
  • Maintain communication systems, vendor relationships, and digital assets while supporting organizational expansion

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a communication management role preferred
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven project management ability with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Technical proficiency in WordPress, Google Suite, Asana, Slack, Canva, and email marketing software
  • Knowledge of wildlife conservation, environmental protection, or related fields
  • Degree in communications, public relations, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
