• Build Halter’s profile across US media and industry channels.
• Manage and direct our US PR agency.
• Produce content: press releases, media kits, thought leadership articles, talking points.
• Provide media training and spokesperson preparation.
• Anticipate and manage reputational risks, with local crisis response capabilities.
• Support internal communications and executive profile-raising.

This role helps Halter transform farming with technology that enables more efficient, sustainable, and profitable management of animals and land, contributing to real change in agriculture.

• 10+ years’ experience in communications, PR, or corporate affairs.
• Strong media relationships and a record of securing high-impact coverage.
• Experience with agency management and integrated PR campaigns.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
