Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and manage commissioning contract exhibits, plans, schedules, and procedures for photovoltaic systems, energy storage systems, high-voltage systems, SCADA, and associated infrastructure.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless transition from construction to operational status.
- Manage on-site Commissioning Managers and vendors to lead on-site testing and verification of electrical, mechanical, and communications systems.
- Review and validate installation quality and system performance against design specifications and industry standards.

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering (electrical or mechanical), or related field, or equivalent years of commissioning experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in commissioning utility-scale renewable energy projects.
- Licensure/Certification: OSHA 30, NETA III.
- Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems, energy storage systems, high-voltage systems, protection and control, SCADA and associated infrastructure.
