Commercial Energy Development Associate

• Manage early stage opportunity sourcing and qualification for GW-scale energy and infrastructure projects
• Conduct partner engagement, project due diligence, and deal execution support for next generation compute campuses
• Analyze regulatory and policy developments impacting energy and AI industries to recommend business strategy adjustments
• Support interconnection applications, tax abatement negotiations, and maintain critical project data for executive reporting

This role directly impacts Crusoe's mission by identifying and advancing opportunities to execute on global-scale climate aligned data center infrastructure, helping pioneer reliable, energy-first compute at scale that leverages industry energy demand to catalyze low-carbon baseload power.

• 4+ years experience in energy and/or industrial real estate sector with large-scale infrastructure project development
• Experience with power marketing, PPA origination, and familiarity with U.S. energy landscape and market trends
• Deep interest in AI workloads and experience with AI infrastructure providers, hyperscalers, or compute developers
• Relevant degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field with strong relationship-building and organizational skills
