Mission
What you will drive
The Climate Resilience Advisor will:
- Lead, write or review climate resilience proposals targeting institutional donors, philanthropic foundations and climate funds
- Provide technical expertise for designing climate adaptation programmes across diverse contexts and sectors
- Produce high-quality knowledge products to document and elevate PIN's climate resilience work
- Represent PIN in relevant networks, alliances, working groups, and conferences to strengthen visibility and credibility

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications include:
- At least 8 years of professional experience in designing and implementing climate resilience/adaptation programs
- Proven technical expertise in climate resilience and adaptation programming
- Experience with Green Climate Fund processes and locally led adaptation approaches
- Understanding of NAPs, NDCs, and key international climate policy frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written products and engage with philanthropic donors
