Climate Resilience Advisor

The Climate Resilience Advisor will:

• Lead, write or review climate resilience proposals targeting institutional donors, philanthropic foundations and climate funds
• Provide technical expertise for designing climate adaptation programmes across diverse contexts and sectors
• Produce high-quality knowledge products to document and elevate PIN's climate resilience work
• Represent PIN in relevant networks, alliances, working groups, and conferences to strengthen visibility and credibility

This role creates positive change by scaling climate resilience programs that help communities adapt to climate change through locally led approaches, aligning with national climate priorities and securing funding for impactful interventions.

Required qualifications include:

• At least 8 years of professional experience in designing and implementing climate resilience/adaptation programs
• Proven technical expertise in climate resilience and adaptation programming
• Experience with Green Climate Fund processes and locally led adaptation approaches
• Understanding of NAPs, NDCs, and key international climate policy frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written products and engage with philanthropic donors
