What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service and support to clients and customers
  • Strategically partner with installers to improve customer experience and act as primary point of contact for escalated client issues
  • Effectively manage pipeline of projects to completion and conduct monthly partner due diligence checks
  • Analyze data to spot trends and conduct collaborative investigations into possible fraudulent activities
