Client Delivery Lead

• Collaborate on pre-sales engagements including scoping customer needs, presenting software demos, defining project design, and preparing proposals
• Lead day-to-day customer engagement operations as the primary point of contact to identify and articulate customer needs and pain points
• Support multiple customer implementations by defining product strategy, memorializing meeting outcomes, guiding technical teams, and managing customer expectations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer processes and assist in strategizing product expansion opportunities

• Ideally a degree in engineering (software, mechanical, electrical, or other)
• 3-5 years in a customer-facing role in technology consulting or related fields with experience working with senior stakeholders across technical and commercial functions
• Ability to travel up to 25% to customer meetings and work across different time zones for international customers
• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (Secret Level)
