Clarity PPM Application Admin

• Configure and support complex software application issues experienced by end users promptly and professionally.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and assigned functional business areas for routine application configuration improvement projects.
• Partner to diagnose and resolve complex software application issues escalated by other members of the software application team.
• Act as a coach and mentor for newer or less experienced team members.

This role supports Republic Services' mission to advance circularity and support decarbonization, helping deliver on their vision to partner with customers to create a more sustainable world through efficient application administration.

• 2 years of business systems analytical experience, including the ability to flow chart processes.
• 2 years of experience with Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Experience working with an off-shore development and QA team.
• Experience writing reports, business correspondence and procedures manuals.
