Chief Operating Officer

• Serve as senior leader for operations, ensuring business processes and technology support impact goals and team needs
• Oversee all aspects of financial management including planning, grant management, budgeting, reporting, and internal controls
• Oversee all Human Resources functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, benefits, and compliance
• Participate in strategic planning and translate HARP's vision into sustainable operational plans

• Strong understanding of nonprofit fund accounting and experience managing government grants and contracts
• Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into concrete, scalable operational plans
