Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as senior leader for operations, ensuring business processes and technology support impact goals and team needs
- Oversee all aspects of financial management including planning, grant management, budgeting, reporting, and internal controls
- Oversee all Human Resources functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, benefits, and compliance
- Participate in strategic planning and translate HARP's vision into sustainable operational plans

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 10 years' professional experience managing core operational functions within non-profit, government, or policy organizations
- Experience leading teams in remote work environments and organizations navigating growth
- Strong understanding of nonprofit fund accounting and experience managing government grants and contracts
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into concrete, scalable operational plans
