Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Advise on financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow; design and manage a three-year operational budget
- Provide leadership for strategic plan implementation and monitor progress; manage operations team and internal processes
- Upgrade and implement systems of policies, internal controls, and accounting standards; analyze technology infrastructure
- Help manage hiring processes including recruitment, job descriptions, onboarding, and performance reviews
