Chief of Staff

• Support the Program Director in annual and quarterly planning processes, track progress, identify risks, and ensure alignment with LEEP's mission and priorities
• Monitor delivery, milestones, and bottlenecks across country programmes, build strong relationships with teams to surface challenges early and unblock issues quickly
• Independently lead high-priority strategic and operational initiatives for the Program Director, manage cross-country or cross-team projects requiring tight coordination and clarity
• Prepare the Program Director for key internal and external discussions by developing briefs, insights, talking points, and follow-up plans

This role amplifies LEEP's impact by driving operational and strategic excellence across country programmes, ensuring smooth, high-impact delivery and helping achieve stronger delivery, faster execution, and greater impact across multiple countries to eliminate childhood lead poisoning.

• 7+ years of relevant experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (e.g., project management, consulting, program operations)
• Proven track record of delivering results, managing broad responsibilities, and supporting senior leadership effectively
• Strategic mindset with ability to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and provide thoughtful recommendations to senior leadership
• Excellent communicator with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to tailor messages to diverse audiences
